Terms of Service

Idle Golf Range Tycoon, developed by TheBerg. Last updated: 2 September 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and TheBerg, based in Sweden, covering your use of the mobile game Idle Golf Range Tycoon. By installing or playing it you accept them. If you do not, please do not play it.

Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer. If you live in the EU, the UK or anywhere with mandatory consumer protection law, those rules apply regardless of what this page says.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment. You do not own the game; you are permitted to use it. The game, its code, art and audio remain the property of TheBerg or its licensors.

What you may not do

If you do these things we may stop your access. Since there are no accounts, that in practice means blocking a device or ceasing to support a build.

Ads

The game shows optional rewarded video ads. You are never required to watch one, and nothing is locked behind watching one — every reward available for an ad is also reachable by playing. What the ads collect is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Virtual items and currency

The game contains virtual items — cash, gems, upgrades and buildings. They matter inside the game and nowhere else.

Your saved game

Progress is stored on your device, not on our servers. We do not back it up and cannot restore it. If you delete the game, change device, or your device fails, your progress is gone and we cannot recover it — including anything you paid for. Please take that into account before spending money.

Purchases

In-app purchases are sold and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Their terms apply to the transaction, and the price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under their published policies — contact Apple or Google first. Email us if a purchase did not deliver what it promised and we will help sort it out.

EU right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement — which is what happens when you confirm an in-app purchase and the item appears straight away. Your statutory rights where content is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

The game changes, and may end

We may update, rebalance, add to or remove parts of the game at any time, and may stop publishing or supporting it entirely. We will try to give reasonable notice of a shutdown through the store listing, but the game is offered as it is, for as long as it is offered.

Warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. This does not limit the statutory guarantees you have as a consumer, including the EU right to have faulty digital content brought into conformity, or a price reduction or refund if it cannot be.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheBerg is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, lost virtual items or lost profits arising from your use of the game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Age

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian read these terms with you, and you must have their permission before making any purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Significant changes will be noted in the store listing release notes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country and may bring proceedings there.

If you are unhappy with something, email us first — most things are settled that way. Swedish consumers may also refer a dispute to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.
