Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Goblin Slide is TheBerg, based in Sweden, contactable at sibbe3d@gmail.com. Because we are established in Sweden, our lead supervisory authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

Information we collect

• Gameplay data — coins, gems, upgrades, high scores, level progress, cosmetics, achievements and other gameplay-related data.
• Device information — device identifiers, including the advertising identifier, and operating system details.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise or GPS location.
• Purchase records — in-app purchases processed through the platform's payment system. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
• Analytics and advertising data — how the game is used and how you interact with ads.

How we use it

• To provide and improve gameplay
• To save and restore your progress
• To display advertisements
• To process in-app purchases
• To protect the game against fraud and abuse

Third-party services

Goblin Slide uses services that may process data under their own privacy policies:

• Unity Gaming Services, including Unity LevelPlay for advertising and cloud save
• Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements and leaderboards
• Google Play Billing for in-app purchases

We share information with these providers only so they can perform these functions. We do not sell personal information.

Advertising and your choices

The game is free because it shows ads. When you first launch it you are asked whether our ad partners may use your advertising identifier to show ads that are more relevant to you.

You can change that answer at any time in the game under Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. Declining does not restrict any part of the game — you simply see less relevant ads. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are: your consent for personalised advertising; performance of a contract for providing the game, saving your progress and completing purchases; and our legitimate interests in keeping the game secure and improving it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time, via Settings → Ad Privacy Choices in the game
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, or with our lead authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)

If you are a California resident

Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, to request deletion of it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information. If you decline personalised advertising in the game, we send a "do not sell or share" signal to our advertising partners on your behalf.

Data retention

Gameplay and account data is kept for as long as you use the game. You can request deletion at any time by emailing sibbe3d@gmail.com, and we will delete the data we hold unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Goblin Slide is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and significant changes will be reflected in the game.
