Terms of Service

Goblin Slide, developed by TheBerg. Last updated: 26 April 2026.

These terms govern your use of Goblin Slide. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Goblin Slide. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Goblin Slide for your own non-commercial entertainment. All game content, artwork, code and trademarks remain the property of TheBerg or its licensors.

Virtual items and currency

Coins, gems, upgrades, cosmetics and other virtual items exist only inside the game. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred outside the game. You do not own them; you hold a limited licence to use them within Goblin Slide.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or another platform provider, not by us. Refund requests are handled under that provider's refund policy and should be raised through their support channels. We are not able to issue refunds directly.

Advertising

Goblin Slide is supported by advertising and may show ads, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads, supplied by third-party networks. How advertising data is handled, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, modify or reverse engineer the game, use unauthorised third-party software with it, or interfere with other players or our services. We may suspend or terminate access to the game or its online services if these terms are broken.

Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that progress will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheBerg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost progress, lost virtual items or lost data, arising from your use of the game.

Changes to the game and these terms

We may update, change or discontinue the game or any of its features at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
